| I am having a hard time getting an erection also i no sperm coming out of me. My wife and i are tring to get pregnet and I am not sure what to do. Plesa any advice or medication that any can recomened would help. The doctors have said that this is due to my diabeties but i am trying to control it. I have been diabetic for 10 years now. |
